There are
two opposing forces that are constantly at work in our life; FEAR, which in essence is the (PULL) force that pulls us back(wards),
usually generated from past mistakes, failures, inadequacies (negative experiences)
AND HOPE, contrary to fear, it is a
(PUSH) force (courage) that propel
us forward in spite of the past or/and present.
Fearful people
focus on the past experiences;
they use the past to judge what the future is going to be for them. Hope-full (faith-full)
people focus on the future (dream, aspiration, visions, desires).
When you have a business deal, meeting new people, work promotion, investment
potential…do you pull back in fear (reserved) or push forward (act) in hope?
