Facebook - Bragbook

Amongst many uses of facebook is bragging, we display photos of people we've met and places we've been. Everytime I do something significant or meet someone of significance – I can hardly wait to 'status' it or 'upload' photos on facebook. What really are my motives – pride? sharing? testimony?

When we meet in fellowship/church we ought to share testimonies of what God has done. Testimonies have three major purposes, ONE: it is a way to return praise & thanksgiving to God, TWO: builds faith of testifier and others – faith comes by hearing and, THREE: humbles the testimoner that it is God doing.
