SKELETONs in our CLOSETs

“He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!” Ezekiel 37:2-4 NIV italics and emphasis mine

When we hear the word 'Prophesy' we immediately think of things that HAVE to happen in the future that God reveals to us today. But there is another meaning to Prophesy, it is SPEAKing what WE DESIRE to happen. Words are the second order CREATION, preceded by Thoughts and proceeded by Action…when we SPEAK we CREATE.

Ezekiel was saying, it is only you God who can tell if these bones will live. God turns and say, ooh no, YOU can decide right now by TALKing to THE BONES. Do you have skeletons in your Closet?…it is up to you what happens next…SPEAK to your bones and TELL them come together to form a structure you DESIRE to see!!!
