We all want to live a goodily jolly and comfortable life, having all our wants (and desires) met and have left over for our children's children. Yet many honest—down to earth believers live on a hand to mouth existence, this cannot be God's will surely. King Solomon said, "a good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children(Grandchidren)" Prov 13:22 NIV Think about this for a minute!
I believe there are four reasons why many of us find ourselves in material lack:
1. Not Honour God in giving (offering, alms, sacrificially, strategically—seed), giving is both an act or worship and warship
2. Not Obeying God's specific instruction(s) promptly and timely eg being at the right place at the right time
3. Lack of common sense, God will not help you on this eg living within one's means, creating multiple incomes
4. Being in the wilderness experience, in the dessert either as aseason or due to dis-obedience to God/His servants
