Mountain of God

“…Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the LORD appeared to him?…” Exodus 3:1-2 NIV, italics and emphasis mine

I recall to have said a few months a go that, “where you stand determines what you see”, I think I should add that where you stand determines what you see, hear, feel and experience. Moses “came close” to the mountain of God, then and only then did God speak to Him.

Do you want to experience God, have personal interaction with Him? Find your way close to His Mountain. We come close to God through prayers, reading, meditating and acting on His word. James 4:8 says when we come close to Him; He will come close to us.
