“…to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law. To those who are without the law, as without the law…to the weak I became as a weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some…” 1 Corinthians 9:20-22 NKJV (italics and emphasis mine)

Years ago I fell under a lot of criticism from believers when I attended a secular party prepared in honour of our classmates—final year…I was criticised for dancing secular tunes and mingling with drunkards and “loose” women. For some reasons most Christians expects unbelievers to fit to their “cliché” for them to even think of mingling with them let alone witness—share the gospel with them.

The great apostle of all time says that he has become all things to all men that he might save some…why don’t we? Why do we ask unbelievers to get rid of alcohol or play gospel music for us to attend their parties? We demand unbelievers to change their ways for us to minister to them, yet Paul did exactly the opposite.
